"The Berean Bible Fellowship is a local church committed to the ministry of discipleship, developing leaders, inspiring unity (both inside and outside the church), evangelizing the lost, exercising the gifts of the Holy Spirit and performing the work of ministry."

5 Year Strategic Vision

Our Vision is to build a church of 300+ by 2028 with an escalating learning system that appeals to youth and adults alike and inspires outreach to touch the community (military) and serves as a training center for future church leaders.
 

Strategies to Accomplish Vision...

  •  Necessitates we build a building to allow worship of 300+...

  •  Set up multiple course education that challenges youth and adults until death...

  •  Assess our gifts and interest for outreach and service and mobilize to serve community/military...

  •  Mobilize our plan to provide quality biblical education, leadership/organizational development training and clinical wellness opportunities...

  •  Build a dynamic and exciting youth development ministry...

  •  Offer conferences on biblical, organizational and leadership issues...

 

BEREAN LONG TERM VISION

 

"The VISION of the Berean Bible Fellowship is to establish a progressive prototype New Testament Church to serve as a model for ministry in the year 2020 and beyond in an urban setting.  Our desire is to establish a Gospel Worship Style Ministry emphasizing consistent New Testament methods of evangelism/discipleship and solid biblical teaching.  We want to stimulate healing for the whole person by expanding ministries to encourage physical, psychological, economic, and spiritual healthiness in a worship community that is reflective of the love of God."

 

MINISTRY VALUES

 

These values are listed to align our organization so that each member, functioning auxiliary and prospective new member will know the values of our Church.

We Value ….

 

…the use of objective New Testament principles and teaching in the establishment and functioning of our local church. (2 Timothy 2:15)

…discipleship as an imperative and essential process in our Christian life and development. (Matthew 28:16-20)

…the objective dynamic of the Word of God and trust it to inform the subject dynamic (i.e. the intuitive movement of the Holy Spirit). (2 Timothy 3:16-17)

…evangelism - which is an assumed command of Christ and is imperative in the growth of the Local and Universal Church. (Matthew 28: 16-20) and 1 Timothy 2:4)

…Love, Harmony, and Fitted Togetherness as important to the body live of our church. (Galatians 5:22-26)

…faithfulness in our members and especially our leaders. (2 Timothy 2:2)

…allowing God's people the freedom to give to Kingdom building as God has blessed and as they are directed by the Holy Spirit. (1 Corinthians 16:1-2)

…making a substantial investment in developing our children, youth, adults, and elderly. (Body - Soul/Spirit)

…reaching out and helping people who are hurting and less fortunate (i.e. the disadvantaged, unconnected or unsupported).

…efficiency and organization in carrying out our ministries.
